Open Question: Which is a better source of omega 3s, fish oil which has DHA and EPA, or algae oil, which contains only DHA?

I hear that DHA provides more benefits than EPA, and that fish oil often contains contaminants. Which is a better source of DHA and omega 3s and how many mg of DHA is necessary every day?

Thanks I tried a bit of research and read that not many fish diseases can be transferred from fresh water to marine. But i guess you can't trust everything you read so i'm just looking for opinions

So after i set up my marine tank i want to get a dwarf fuzzy lionfish. Now the website says they put the fish in foam boxes with plenty of air and heating pads to keep the fish warm in cold weather.
